A shed was added to the shelter last year but there was nothing but dirt beneath it. Eagle Scout candidate Nick Rouns planned his project. He organized a work crew, measured, scraped out dirt, replaced it with a stone base, hauled pavers and installed a great floor. Dad Tim Rouns, Mom Linda and other eagle scouts worked in 90 degree heat for many hours. The surface is perfect for the heavy use it gets and looks great too!
